Biography
Russ manages divisions within the Public Works Department including:
- Sanitation & Recycling Division
- Utilities Division
- Streets and Grounds Division
- Facilities Maintenance Division
- Animal Control Division
He is also responsible for repair and maintenance of the following city owned items:
Russ has been employed by the City of Fountain Inn since April 2021.
